You will be very close to Aventura Mall, which is one of Miami's iconic shopping centers, be able to walk through the amazing Golf Course Circle, and just 3 minutes drive away to Sunny Isles beaches, one of the most exclusive beaches in the city. Our apartment is a recently renovated unit that will give you all the comfort needed for a great stay! This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is wonderful for families with children and groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy from an excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. Additionally, supermarkets like Publix or Target are 5 minutes away by car, making your stay very convenient. Guest access Guests have full access to resort style pool, gym, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and the famous 3 mile walking/jogging path around Turnberry Golf Course Circle that is right outside the Condo. Other things to note One time $110 fee that includes access to the amenities: swimming pool, gym, tennis court. Due to construction in building, there may be some noises from 7am until 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Balcony could not be available due to construction works
