Exclusive penthouse apartment for up to 8 people (10 people option) with a sunny 50m2 terrace, where you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun even at low temperatures. Possible jacuzzi on the terrace. 4 bedrooms plus a living room with a fold-out sofa, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with toilets, a bidet, and a shower or bathtub to choose from! Enjoy a coffee on the sunny terrace or take the elevator down to one of the restaurants for breakfast or lunch. Legendary Francuska Str, National Stadium. The space All beds in the apartment are double. One king-size bed is 160 cm, the rest - 140 cm wide. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 3 bedrooms have one double bed each, and the fourth bedroom has one extra bed. Typically, for 8 people, we make one bed in each bedroom and a sofa in the living room. Please let me know if we need to make all the beds outside the living room. If guests want to sleep separately, for 5 beds there is an additional fee for extra bed. We provide bed linen and towels, an equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi on the terrace - on request for an additional fee. Other things to note It is forbidden to rent the apartment for parties. The facility has a night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Disturbing the night silence or breaking the regulations by organizing a party/loud social gathering will result in the necessity for the renters to immediately leave the apartment. The facility's security works 24 hours a day and responds to any incident of violating the night silence. Smoking and the use of open fire are strictly prohibited in the facility.
