Our home is in a centrally located, newly built building with a garden. You can easily walk to Sultanahmet, Eminönü, Balat, Fener, Taksim, Zeyrek, and other historic sites. The seaside and public transport are just minutes away. Stay in a rare, picturesque Istanbul neighborhood. Our home is perfect for large families and groups, offering comfort and convenience. It is next to Ali Kaptan's House, where the TV series "Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman ki" was filmed. An invoice will be provided for your stay. The space * Our house is detached and has 4 floors. * Since the house is detached, the entrance is directly from the neighborhood street. * It is a neighborhood where families live, there is little traffic, and children play on the streets in the summer months. * Our stairs inside the house are wide and comfortable. There is no elevator. * On the ground floor, there is a living room, open kitchen, and laundry area. On the second floor, there is a bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms. On the third floor, there is a bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms. On the fourth floor (attic), there is one bedroom and a veranda. * There is air conditioning in the living room, in large rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors and attic room on the ground floor. Other 2 rooms have ceiling fans and pedestal fans. You can examine the floor and room plans from the photos. * Our building is new and complies with earthquake regulations. Guest access The whole building is a detached 4-storey house. Since the house is detached, the entrance is directly from the neighborhood. Our stairs inside the house are wide and comfortable. Other things to note * Our house has a legal accommodation permit from the Ministry of Tourism. You can stay with peace of mind. * All guests are required to provide us with their passports upon check-in time. It is forbidden to accommodate more than the number of people booked.
