"H2Oh What a Beach!" condo Building A of Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina: ground floor unit with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Steps away from Sea Salt fine dining restaurant, Sapphire Beach Bar, Paradise Pie pizza, and Beach Buzz coffee shop. A mile from Red Hook featuring many restaurants & island ferries. Great beach, swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, and relaxing right outside your door. Be among the many visitors who LOVE this totally renovated condo. The space "H2Oh What a Beach" condo is located in the Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina complex. Building A has a great beach facing north toward Jost Van Dyke and the British Virgin Islands affording guests great stellar views and immediate beach access. The condo can accommodate up to four people comfortably and has recently been completely remodeled with new furnishings, appliances, cabinets, counters, and shower. New mattresses await you both in the bedroom (very comfortable king mattress) and in Living Room (queen-sized mattress comfortable sofa bed). With a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, and scenic alfresco dining on the patio for four, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy some or all of their meals "at home". The villa is equipped with a keyless electronic door lock, so there is no need to bring any keys with you when you go to the beach. And a combination cable lock to secure the sliding door when you go to the beach will further protect your belongings inside the unit while you enjoy the water and beach with no physical keys. There is a safe in the room for storing your valuables. The villa uses standard 110 volt electricity; there are power converter sets by request for use by international guests. Guest access Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina offers a larger beach in front of Buildings A B and C with volleyball court, lounge seating for sunning and tanning, shady areas and a snack bar. A smaller, quieter beach is in front of building D and E which is perfect for relaxing. Both beaches offer lots of natural wildlife on land (iguanas and ducks), sea (snorkeling you won't believe - masks, snorkels and fins supplied in condo - featuring dozens of varieties of colorful tropical fish as well as the occasional sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, southern rays, squid, octopus, and eel) and air (pelicans, egrets, blue herons, gulls, and frigatebirds). Guests may also choose to enjoy the pool adjacent to building D. Token operated laundry facilities are available at the nearby marina office near building E. The marina is also near building E where guests may book Jet ski rentals, sport and deep sea fishing, sightseeing, parasailing, and snorkeling excursions. You can even watch for the incoming fishing boats and buy some fresh catch from the crew who will clean and filet it for you right on the dock - it doesn't get any fresher than that! Everything inside is for your use as well as the outdoor electric grill and the outdoor storage cabinets with lots of snorkels, masks, fins, and more. There are two lounge chairs that belong to the condo that guests may use, or you may have our beach chair attendant Gideon bring ones to your favorite beach spot (Gideon can be found between Buildings B and C). Other things to note If you are a cat lover, you will be in heaven with the neighborhood outdoor kitties "Baby" and "Blackie" to greet you. You can follow them @SapphireBeachBaby. Meow Mix and Temptations treats are provided if you think they are hungry (which is always!) Also, we are big advocates of the island's Pets With Wings program run by the St. Thomas Humane Society. They transport hundreds of puppies and kitties off the island to rescue partners in the U.S. They are the only shelter on the island, and you can save a fur baby from living its life in a cage by helping to transport.
