We, Stephanie and Barbara, welcome you to our CityLake Apartments! Our two apartments are located at Anton-v.-Satori-Straße 1 in 4810 Gmunden and are therefore right in the heart of Gmunden, more precisely directly on the Graben, which, as well as the entire Gmundner old town, has numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, you can easily set off on numerous mountain tours and have plenty of swimming fun from our apartments. Looking forward to your visit Stephanie and Barbara The space Parking reservation required at City & Lake- Apartments: (The Schubert-Apartment has no parking!) • We have 1 parking space in the building and 1 parking space in the Traunsee underground car park in Gmunden on request!!! • Bicycle parking spaces (also for e-bikes) free of charge! • Tourist tax per person / night 2.40 EURO Additional Information: If we cannot meet you in person, you will receive a code for the key safe (next to the garage entrance) shortly before your arrival. Now about our apartments and their advantages: Up to four people can sleep in one apartment. It consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable box spring bed, a cozy living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, couch and a flat screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, one of the apartments has a breathtaking balcony with panoramic lake, mountain and city views (Lake Apartment). The other has a spacious terrace with panoramic mountain and city views (City Apartment), which invites you to sunbathe and relax. Other things to note If we are not able to meet you in person, you will be sent a code for the key safe (next to the garage entrance) shortly before your arrival. There are 2 entrance keys in it and if you have a garage parking space in the building, you will also find a remote control in the key safe! If we have reserved the underground parking space for you, you will find the parking card (with description) in your apartment.
