You will find a double bedroom, a single room and a large living room with a sofa bed; in the kitchen everything you need to cook and stay with your friends or family, for short and long stays. Inside there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle and everything you need to cook; the bathroom is typically "Trieste-style", that is, divided between the bathroom area and the toilet area. Finally, there are three rooms: a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a nice living room with a sofa bed. There's room for your whole family or group of friends! Guest access The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests Other things to note The property, entirely reserved for guests, is located on the 1st floor of an elegant building. To access the apartment, it is necessary to walk down the stairs. If you want to sleep separately let us know in advance, we will also prepare the sofa bed for free! CHECK-IN You will be required to show an identity document for each guest (identity card, passport or driver's license) and to pay the tourist tax (€3.30 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). We will provide you with instructions to get to the apartment and all the information to enjoy your stay! DURING THE STAY If something doesn't work or isn't right during your stay, don't hesitate to contact us! Our staff is here to help! Remember to be in a private property! Respect the hours of rest from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20°C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave items (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas. No smoking. No parties and welcoming unmarked guests. CHECKOUT Check-out is by 10 am. Check that you don't forget anything (especially the cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all the devices. Close the windows and remove the garbage.
