This studio loft is light and bright with vaulted ceilings and many sunlit windows.  Kitchen has all the essential. open living area with a wood burning stove and two sleeper sofas.  Up a couple of steps the the bedroom and the Queen size bed and a full bathroom. No matter what time of year, this sunny condo provides a most comfortable "home away from home feeling" and mountain fun is just a step out the door! The space Located near the Bear Valley Library, it is a short walk to all other village amenities including the disc golf course, Adventure Company/Gas Station, and village commercial center where you will find the Lodge, General Store, restaurants, bars and can catch the shuttle to the slopes. **Condos are centrally located and in close proximity to all village amenities** 2 minute walk to the village. Amenities No Pets Allowed Non-smoking Dedicated Wi-Fi DVD player – DVD and board game lending library at the Bear Valley Vacation Rentals office Fully equipped kitchen Paper towels, clean dish towels, dish soap, a new sponge and trash bags are provided We provide sheets, towels, blankets and pillows Eco friendly starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided Pot Belly Stove Queen Sized Bed and 2 Sleeper Sofas (twin and double sized) Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge $35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper accommodations. There is no garage available. There is free parking just outside of the condo building. It is a quick walk from the lot, up one flight of stairs to a partially enclosed hallway, then one more flight of stairs to the front door. There is no elevator.
