Ikhaya Como is new for LoveComo and we are thrilled to feature such a lovely property! Sleeps up to 6, amazing lake views from the balcony, shared pool and beautifully furnished! The space Ikhaya Como is an amazing apartment, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, living, kitchen and lake view balcony, the best seat in the house! Entering the Ikhaya Como flat, you will be immediately welcomed into an open space living, dining kitchen furnished with great taste, simple but pleasing to the eye along with the floor to ceiling windows so also very light and airy. The living room offer seating and a relaxing space, smart tv, Bluetooth speakers and direct access to the balcony where there are table and chairs and enough space to enjoy a meal outside. The full modern kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 ring induction cook top and dining area for up to 6 people and also has access to the balcony directly. Moving to the sleeping area, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers. One bathroom is an en-suite to the master bedroom so for this bedroom privacy is ensured! The master bedroom is spacious, offers a queen size bed (160x200), has lots of wardrobe space and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The second double is also a good size, offers queen size bed (160x200) and shares the second bathroom (full bathroom with shower) with the twin room. The twin bedroom offers 2 single beds (90x200), good wardrobe space and shares the bathroom with the second double. A baby cot and highchair is also available for you to use. The lovely residential complex offers a large shared pool with sun loungers. Also lake access is available thru the lower exit to the lake front square and condo pontoon. Ikhaya Como offers, included in the rate a kayak and a stand up paddle that are stored in the private garage - one private and secure parking spot. Please keep in mind that maximum respect is requested when in use please and when in use you will need to be responsible for your own safety. A public playground is in the lake front square and public beach (when the lake is not too high!). The small hamlet of Acquaseria (the larger council is San Siro) is well served and can be accessed by a lake front promenade that takes you directly into the small town and to shops: fruit and veg with local goodies, a butcher, general food shop, 2 caffes and 2 restaurants so if you prefer not to have a car this is also possible as the village is served also served by bus. Ikhaya Como, the best family property in a stunning location! But don't take our word for it, check it out for yourself! Acquaseria is a small village that is part of the greater hamlet of San Siro. It is well well served with a mini market, fruit and veg shop with local specialties, a pastry shop, 2 restaurants and 2 cafes. Approx a 10-minute drive from Menaggio so still considered to be in the central lake area. A great location if you wish to be close of the main Lake Como sights but prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle in a more tranquil and less touristy town! Guest access You have full access to the apartment, one parking space, the use of a Stand Up Paddle and Kayak (located in the garage and please have maximum respect during the use and storage), access to the pool which is shared with the condominium.
