The space Welcome to Casa Gildo 1828, an ancient Cimbrian residence that has been completely renovated, located 550 meters above sea level in the hills of Valdagno. Surrounded by the greenery of the woods and overlooking a quiet neighborhood courtyard, it offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the Little Dolomites. An independent retreat, perfect for living in all seasons, where history meets modern comforts. The house is spread over two levels, providing excellent space and privacy. Ground floor: you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine). Next to it is a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and its own private bathroom. Note: A curtain separates the living area from the sleeping area on the ground floor to ensure greater privacy. Second floor: a romantic double bedroom featuring exposed wooden beams, with a private bathroom, a study corner for smart working, and a comfortable armchair for reading. Included amenities: all bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer. We provide sheets and towels. The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. A washing machine and a secure storage area for your bicycles are also available. Parking: free, located just 150 meters from the entrance to the house. Location: Valdagno Centro (10 minutes by car) to discover the historic center and the charming Città Sociale, full of events, traditional restaurants, supermarkets, artisan bakeries, and bars for great coffee. The location is the ideal starting point for mountain lovers: The Little Dolomites (40 min) for unforgettable excursions are a stone's throw from the house. Monte Pasubio (1 hour) is ideal for walking the famous and historic Strada delle 52 Gallerie. The Asiago Plateau (1 hour) with its unspoiled nature, mountain huts where you can taste the famous cheese, and fairytale views even in winter. Staying here, you can easily reach the cities of art and historic villages of the Veneto region: Vicenza (50 min), the city of Palladio and the Venetian Villas. Verona (1 hour) the romantic city of Romeo and Juliet, art, culture and high-end shopping. Padua (1 hour) to admire the Basilica del Santo and Giotto's frescoes. Venice (1 hour 30 minutes) is perfect for a day trip. Villages and Lake (1 hour) Marostica, Bassano del Grappa, Asolo, Soave, and the shores of Lake Garda.
