We would like to introduce you to our cozy apartment, which is located in a residential unit together with two other similarly furnished apartments. This unique space is inspired by the design of the Bauhaus School of Art and was created by experienced designers from Adam Rujbr Architects. The furniture in the apartment consists of exclusive design pieces that underline its unusual atmosphere and create a pleasant feeling of home. The space Thanks to the orientation of the windows to the southwest into a quiet street, the apartment is pleasantly lit and offers optimal lighting throughout the day. The apartment's amenities include an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to three guests, on one double bed and one bunk bed. The use of a shared laundry room right in the apartment is another advantage of this apartment, as well as the possibility of parking in a nearby garage. For your comfort and entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix. To relax, you can visit the sauna, which is available in the common hallway and is also accessible to other guests. The area around the house offers a wide range of businesses, such as grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. In addition, you are close to the beautiful Lužánky City Park and the picturesque Tyršovy sady. Thanks to the good accessibility of public transport, you can easily and quickly get to the city center – either on foot in 10 minutes or by direct public transport, which is just a few steps from the accommodation. Guest access The apartment is part of a housing unit in which there are two other similarly furnished apartments. In addition to the booked room, you will also have the opportunity to use the shared sauna, which is located in the common corridor of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is on the first floor of the house. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which means it is not suitable for barrier-free living. We would like to inform you that it is not possible to accommodate your pets in this apartment.
