Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! Guest access You can access the building through the Garage entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: **The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities. Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management. *A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. Other things to note Garage parking is provided for $20 throughout your entire stay. Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. - All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
