Cozy apartment with balcony in Hanover-Ahlem

Come in and make yourselves at home! The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers all that is necessary for a relaxing stay. Located in Hanover's Ahlem district, which is particularly impressive due to its proximity to nature and Hanover city center. Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away. The space The apartment (approx. 35 sqm) consists of a large light-flooded living room and bedroom as well as an open kitchen and a bathroom. In addition to a cozy bed (1.40 m x 2 m), a comfortable sofa and a dining/workspace are available. There is also a balcony with garden furniture. Thanks to fast internet and smart TV with Google Chromecast, streaming series etc. is also no problem. Waipu TV also offers the possibility to watch linear TV in HD quality. In addition to a dishwasher, the kitchen with a small breakfast place offers a fully automatic coffee machine with fresh beans in addition to a dishwasher, stove, oven and other amenities. The apartment is part of our residential building, but can be reached through a separate entrance. Guest access Whenever possible, we greet all our guests personally. If that doesn't work, you can easily check in using our key box. Other things to note As already described above, the accommodation is conveniently located, but still quietly located in a kind of cul-de-sac. Bus 700 (Martin-Luther-Kirche stop) takes you to the main train station or downtown Hanover in about 20 minutes. The Ahlem train station is also only a few minutes' walk away. So it is possible to reach the exhibition center by public transport in 45-60 minutes, usually with just a change. It takes about 30 minutes by car, but it depends heavily on the traffic situation. If you arrive by car, park easily and comfortably under our carport. There is also a charging facility for electric cars at the municipality house Ahlem (2-minute walk). The best way to explore the immediate surroundings and Hanover is by bike, which is why we provide you with two fully functional bikes free of charge if needed. Up to the popular Limmerstraße with its countless restaurants, bars and pubs or the Georgengarten and the student-like Nordstadt, you can then relax along the canal or leash in 10-15 minutes. If you don't feel like cycling, just take one of the e-scooters, which can always be found on the side of the road, or use public transport. All shops serving daily needs are also within walking distance. Whether baker, vegetable shop, restaurant, snack bar, café, kiosk, supermarket, ice cream parlor or pharmacy - everything is available within 500 meters. If you like to take a walk into the countryside, you can reach the Leine Stich Canal in minutes or pick fruits in the nearby Willy-Spahn Park in summer. The Ahlemer wood, a small forest, can also be reached quickly. Also impressive is a visit to the Ahlem Memorial concentration camp, which commemorates the terrible crimes of the National Socialists.
