Come in and make yourselves at home! The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers all that is necessary for a relaxing stay. Located in Hanover's Ahlem district, which is particularly impressive due to its proximity to nature and Hanover city center. Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away. The space The apartment (about 35 square meters) consists of a large light-flooded living and sleeping room as well as an open kitchen and a bathroom. In addition to a cozy bed (1.40 m x 2 m), a comfortable sofa and a dining/workplace are available. In addition, a balcony with garden furniture invites you to linger. Thanks to fast Internet and smart TV with Google Chromecast, streaming series, etc. is also no problem. Waipu TV also offers the possibility to watch linear TV in HD quality. The kitchen with a small breakfast area offers a dishwasher, stove, oven and other amenities as well as a coffee machine with fresh beans. Guest access The apartment is part of our residential building, but accessible through a separate entrance. If possible, we greet all our guests personally. If that doesn't work, you can easily check in using our key box. Other things to note As described above, the property is conveniently located, but still quietly located in a kind of cul-de-sac. Bus 700 (Martin-Luther-Kirche stop) takes you to the main train station or downtown Hanover in approx. 20 minutes to the main train station or to the city center of Hanover. The Ahlem train station is also only a few minutes' walk away. It is therefore possible to reach the exhibition grounds by public transport in 45-60 minutes, mostly with only one change. By car it takes about 30 minutes, depending heavily on the traffic situation. If you arrive by car, you can park easily and comfortably under our carport. If necessary, the car can also be charged at our wallbox (11 KW) upon request and for an additional charge. The best way to explore the immediate surroundings and Hanover is by bike, which is why we provide you with two fully functional bikes free of charge if you are interested. You can then reach the popular Limmerstraße with its countless restaurants, bars and pubs or the Georgengarten and the student-influenced Nordstadt in 10-15 minutes along the canal or the Leine. If you don't feel like biking, simply take one of the e-scooters, which can also always be found on the side of the road, or use public transport. All shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Whether bakery, greengrocer, restaurant, snack bar, café, kiosk, supermarket, ice cream parlor or pharmacy - everything is available within 500 meters. If you like to take a walk in the countryside, you can reach the Leine-Stich Canal in a few minutes or pick fruit in the nearby Willy-Spahn Park in summer. The Ahlemer Holz, a small forest, can also be reached quickly. Also impressive is a visit to the Ahlem Concentration Camp Memorial, which commemorates the terrible crimes of the National Socialists.
