The space On the first floor, the day area consists of a large living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace and pool. The kitchen opens to the living room and also has direct access to the garden and summer dining room with barbecue area. On this same floor, in the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom that serves them and an en-suite room with a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is a very large attic room of 40m2 and a bathroom. In the basement, you can enjoy a beautiful 60m2 multipurpose leisure room with a projector and children's play area. With a careful and functional design, the Xauxa garden offers spaces for all tastes and ages.
