The house has local steam heating via heat pump.. The guest floor has a separate entrance. Guest rooms are located on the first floor of the house. On the floor there is a full bathroom, a dining area and a kitchenette. The space Guest rooms are two. Doors lock. The bedroom has a king bed, attached bedside tables, a bi-fold wardrobe with clothes hangers, chest. Room #2 has two single beds and a non-tightening couch. Located to guests is a bi-fold wardrobe with clothes hangers. I can offer extra duvets and pillows as needed. For each guest I offer a medium face towel and bath towel. Guest access On the floor you have at your disposal: dining room with settee, sink, TV, table for four and necessary equipment – toaster, coffee maker for minced coffee, water kettle, utensils, dishes, garbage disposal. wide common hallway with fridge, clothes rack and cupboard with extra tableware. Clothes dryer, ironing table and steam iron are still in the hallway. Small kitchenette where microwave oven, stove, garbage disposal, two utility cupboards are installed.
