Traditional Greek summer house close to the sea

For rent since March 2024. We offer our lovely vacation home on the island of Aegina. Aegina is an island close to Athens. The uniqueness of this house is that it is located high up with a back garden, so you can enjoy a cool breeze, tranquility, a beautiful view over the sea and over the hills. In addition, you can walk to the sea in five minutes. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, so you will experience wonderful tranquility. The space The house consists of a separate upstairs and downstairs apartment, of which the upstairs apartment is described below. The downstairs apartment is not rented out during the rental of the upstairs apartment, so you have complete privacy. The space The upper house consists of a living room with balcony, spacious equipped kitchen with corner arrangement, bathroom with bathtub and shower and a small washing machine. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, double bed and air conditioning. This room is suitable for two people (with the possibility for a 3rd small person, if desired). In the living room, there is a dining table, a fireplace and two modern sofa beds that can be used. Take advantage of the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, coffee or drink. Because the house is located high, you have a beautiful view over the sea and the wooded hills and there is a lovely cool wind. You can hear the sea softly in the background when you wake up and drink a cup of coffee on the balcony or from the open window of the living room.
