The space This brand-new building is located in a central area of Mexico City, just a few steps away from Avenida Reforma and the Monumento a la Revolucion. The suite includes a cozy living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed, a closet, a full bathroom, and a fantastic view of one of the most iconic landmarks in Mexico City. In addition, you will have access to a range of amenities, such as a gym, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a steam room, a barbershop, a beauty salon, a sports bar, a co-working space, and a balcony area where you can enjoy the weather and the breathtaking views of the city. Guest access The building offers 24-hour security. For condominium safety reasons, access is granted exclusively through a QR code and a valid ID, which will be requested at all times upon entry. Guests have access to several facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, restrooms, and changing rooms. Use of the spa, jacuzzi, and steam room requires a prior reservation. For hygiene reasons, wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the pool; it is not required for the jacuzzi. Other things to note Due to the building’s structure, air conditioning and heating systems cannot be installed, and therefore the property does not offer them. However, the apartment is equipped with two tower fans for added comfort during the summer, as well as extra blankets and bedding for the colder months. Lastly, we’d like to mention that the building uses a boiler-based water system with gravity-fed pressure. Because of this, and since the shower is a rainfall style, the water pressure is moderate and steady, rather than high-pressure or massage-style.
