It is ideal for resting after a day at the beach, work, walking through the surrounding nature, or any other plan you can imagine. With a quick connection to the highway, you can visit the Maresme coast, enjoy the city of Barcelona in just 35 minutes, or stroll through the villages of the Costa Brava in Girona. The space The room is composed of a 135cm bed, a closet with space for 2 people, a shoe rack and spare bedding with duvets in case you feel cold. It has multiple outlets for charging electronic devices overnight and reading lamps. The room has a living room with info-entertainment, a full kitchen with utensils, a ceramic hob, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower with hot water and a hairdryer, as well as spare towels. A good breakfast while watching the sunrise in the quiet garden overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is a good way to wake up and start the day. Guest access The main access to the property is shared with the owner, but the garden and the room are exclusive to your reservation. Your neighbor is the owner of the property, who lives in another room on the plot, duly separated to maintain privacy. Other things to note The house has a 300Mb Fiber Optic internet connection and 4G balancing in case of technical failure. You will always have an internet connection to work remotely, both Wi-Fi and cable, even if there is a power failure. A domo system is responsible for controlling the house and helping the guest to have better comfort, showing relevant information on temperature and humidity levels, consumption, outdoor surveillance, blinds and lighting.
