If the room is found to be excessively messy or dirty beyond what can be handled through normal cleaning, an additional cleaning fee (from ¥5,000) may be charged. Also, the disposal of large or bulky items will incur a separate fee (from ¥1,000). ・In case of damage or loss of room equipment or furniture, guest may be charged the replacement cost plus handling and other related fees.
