The highlight of living in this selected property is definitely: The space The apartment enjoys a privileged view of the surrounding mountains in a quiet and relaxing setting, and is fully furnished in mountain style to make you enjoy the perfect atmosphere for your vacation. Consisting of a large first floor level where there is a living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious separate double bedroom. The bathroom with shower is adjacent to the double room, which can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Upstairs is the romantic independent double room, which guarantees excellent privacy from friends or the rest of the family. The living area is spacious with very bright windows, has a large table with 8 armchairs, a sofa and an armchair. The mountain atmosphere is also guaranteed by the flame of a warm pellet stove. A large balcony with a relaxation area will be the perfect place to have breakfast, or for a typical genepy after dinner. A bar area with some typical spirits and bitters is always offered to guests as a bonus on booking. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and there is also a space dedicated to the washing machine for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with the main cooking utensils, and there are always some basic products for cooking such as oil, salt, etc., and the minibar contains numerous typical products and other drinks and soft drinks on request. Guest access The house is on the second floor: it is therefore raised and has a unique view of the surrounding landscape.
