Following a family project, we have transformed our old garage into a comfortable, modern cottage (2 to 4 people) with all the necessary amenities to spend pleasant moments with us. Located at: 30 minutes from Europa Park 30 minutes from Colmar 30 minutes from Château du Haut Koenigsbourg and the Wine Route 45 minutes from Strasbourg and Mulhouse The space Surface area: 420 sq.ft. / 39m2 Equipped kitchen (fridge, mini oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine with filter, kettle, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, raclette machine, oil, vinegar, spices, salt, pepper...) Living room with sofa, flat screen, Wi-Fi and dining area. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 x 80 x 200), a convertible bench (2 x 80 x 200) and a wardrobe. Shower room with toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer and towel dryer. Exterior: not overlooked, a covered terrace with dining area, gas barbecue, second terrace with private semi-rigid Jacuzzi for adults and relaxing garden furniture and an unheated above-ground pool to share with the owners. The pool, unheated, is open from May to September. The jacuzzi is open from March to October because it is outside and depending on the weather.
