As part of a family project, we have converted our old garage into a comfortable, modern cottage (for 2 people) with all the amenities you need to enjoy a pleasant stay with us. Located in: 30 minutes from Europa Park 30 minutes from Colmar 30 mins from Château du Haut Koenigsbourg and Route des Vins 45 minutes from Strasbourg and Mulhouse The space Surface area: 39 m2 Equipped kitchen (fridge, mini oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine with filter, kettle, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, raclette machine, oil, vinegar, spices, salt, pepper...) Living room with sofa, flat screen, wifi and dining area. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 x 80 x 200), a bench and a wardrobe. Shower room with toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer and towel dryer radiator. Exterior: not overlooked, a covered terrace with dining area, gas barbecue, second terrace with private semi-rigid jacuzzi for adults and relaxing garden furniture and an unheated above ground pool to share with the owners. The pool, unheated, is open from May to September, depending on the weather. The hot tub is open from March to October as it is outside and depending on the weather. Accommodation equipped with reversible air conditioning, mosquito nets, and a secure parking space. Wheelchair access. No animals allowed in our listing, thank you for your understanding. Guest access Access to the cottage is through a private courtyard secured by a gate (digicode). Free access to our garden, you'll even find our two chickens nearby.
