Following a family project, we have transformed our old garage into a comfortable, modern cottage (2 to 4 people) with all the necessary amenities to spend pleasant moments with us. Located at: 30 minutes from Europa Park 30 minutes from Colmar 30 minutes from Château du Haut Koenigsbourg and the Wine Route 45 minutes from Strasbourg and Mulhouse The space Surface area: 39 m2 Equipped kitchen (fridge, mini oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine with filter, kettle, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, raclette machine, oil, vinegar, spices, salt, pepper...) Living room with sofa, flat screen, wifi and dining area. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 x 80 x 200), a sofa bed (2 x 80 x 200) and a wardrobe. Shower room with toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer and towel dryer. Exterior: not overlooked, a covered terrace with dining area, gas barbecue, second terrace with private semi-rigid jacuzzi for adults and relaxing garden furniture and an unheated above ground pool to share with the owners. The swimming pool, unheated, is open from May to September. The hot tub is open from March to October as it is outside and depending on the weather.
