The apartment is on the upper floor and has a size of 68 m². It can only be reached via stairs. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and can be expanded with a baby cot on request for families with small children. The kitchen is fully equipped. From there you can reach the roof terrace. Another bedroom is located in the attic. The living/dining room is large and spacious. Designed for 4 people, expandable to 6 people. The space The apartment is equipped for 4 people. There are also 2 guest beds available and thus up to 6 guests can be accommodated. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a wardrobe as well as a sideboard and 2 nightstands. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and all the utensils needed in everyday life for eating and cooking. A washing machine is available and can be used free of charge (washing powder must be brought by yourself). There is also a dishwasher (you must bring your own tabs). Another bedroom is in the attic with a wardrobe, desk and 2 single beds. The ascent to the attic leads over a narrow, fixed staircase. The bathroom has a toilet (with automatic lid lowering, please do not close by force) and the sink also has a walk-in shower and window. The living/dining room has a large sofa, sideboard with wall cabinets, TV and a dining table for up to 4 people. Another dining option is in the kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided by us. All other means for daily use such as shower gel, soap, etc. must be brought by the guests themselves. An ideal apartment for craftsmen and small families. Since our apartment is in a quiet location outside, there is an opportunity to shop in Nordhorn about 6 km away. There are many different discount stores right at the beginning of the city. No smoking inside the apartment and only on the roof terrace. Guest access Check-in after 6 pm is possible by prior arrangement. Our guests have access to the apartment on the upper floor as well as on the top floor and on the spacious roof terrace. There is also access to the garbage cans. Other things to note Garbage must be properly separated. Corresponding instructions are posted and are affixed to the trash cans. The garbage must not be stored on the roof terrace and must be placed immediately in the provided bins or the yellow bag to the bins. If the garbage is not separated or is separated incorrectly, the costs of separate disposal by the disposal company in the amount of €35 will be subsequently charged to the guests. The same applies if the garbage is stored on the roof terrace. If you have any questions about the correct waste separation, please do not hesitate to contact us during your stay. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace only. If smoking is still done in the apartment, a lump sum of €100 will be due. If there is damage, €250 + repair / replacement will be due.
