Thalatta Residence is a contemporary villa in Paros, overlooking Chrisi Akti beach, renovated and 100% refurnished in 2024. It offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and unforgettable sunrises, with the shapes of Sikinos and Ios islands decorating the horizon. It is located in Tzanes and it is only an 14-min walk from Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful and best known beaches of Paros. The space Layout A luxurious, renovated in 2024, 3 floor villa spanning 115 square meters. The villa boasts 4 bedrooms in all three floors and can accommodate comfortably 8 guests. Is also has 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with an external BBQ area. Its design is ideal for families or group of friends, as it offers privacy but also all the amenities for a luxurious stay along with a stunning view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands. Outdoor Patio - Pool Area - BBQ The spacious private terrace overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean sea, is one of the most iconic spots in Thalatta Residence. This outdoor patio is an extension of the Residence and, at the same time, a bridge connecting you to the sea and the beauty of the island. It was designed as a place for (re)connection. Immerse yourself in the vastness of the view, absorb the quiet and beauty of the sunrise, gather over dinner, enjoy a chilled glass of wine after a day on the beach. This is the quintessential Greek summer. The outdoor dining area along with the patio deck chairs and coffee table, overlooking the Aegean Sea and Golden Beach (Chrisi Akti), will offer the best backdrop for enjoying the fruits of your labor. The shared pool area, with its exquisite sea view, is the perfect place for a relaxed afternoon, after the beach. Its calmness makes it the perfect hideout to enjoy some laid-back living. For a more laid-back experience, the outdoor BBQ, with its open space and dining table, will welcome you to enjoy the experience of gathering around and connecting as the traditional oven and grill, will be doing the rest. Don’t forget to take a glimpse at the sky at night, to see the swarms of stars appear, as the lights disappear behind the Residence. Interior The villa spans throughout three stories (basement, ground floor and 1st floor), featuring a ground floor with the master bedroom with a built-in bed (0.90m x 2.0m), a bathroom, the living room and a well-equiped kitchen for a self-catered vacation. The basement includes two bedrooms, one with a built-in double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) and one with two single beds (0.90m x 2.0m) whereas the first floor hosts the 4th bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.0m) that can also be put together to form a double bed if necessary. All villa bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned making sure the temperature meets the guests' expectations. Guest access Guests may access all rooms of the house except for the storage room where we keep all the cleaning stuff and extra linen. They are also the sole people who can enjoy the outdoor patio and the BBQ space. The rest of the compound (including the pool) is shared with other guests.
