No, the bunk bed is placed in the study room which is an open area that connects to kitchen and the living room - Is the pool/ gym open? Both gym and pool are available at level 9 - Do you provide parking? Onsite parking is not available. There are some street parking on La Trobe Street and Lonsdale Street - What's the address of the apartment? 299 King Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 - Is the room shared? No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. - What is the check-in and check-out time? Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. - Can guests check in early? Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day. - Can guests check out later? Late check-out is subject to availability. Please request in advance, and we charge an extra $30/hour, latest till 12pm. - Lockout fee We charge a $100 lockout fee if you lose your key or lock yourself outside the apartment and require us to come and open the door for you. - What's the check-in method? Self-check-in, picking up keys from a nearby store - is Netflix available? Yes, but the guest has to log in with their own Netflix account.
