Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with elevator, immersed in the context of a quiet and prestigious residential area. Located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the historic center in a few minutes on foot, a stone's throw from the city bus stop ideal for reaching the station and the Fiera. The space The generously sized apartment lends itself to hosting families or couples of friends, consisting of an entrance with hallway, four bedrooms (two single and two double), two full bathrooms with shower, kitchen with back kitchen equipped with laundry area, living room with dining table and comfortable sofa bed; there is also a terrace from which you can admire a glimpse of the Historic Center and the Torricelle. Guest access Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Once you have entered the numerical code, take the keys that will allow you to access the condominium courtyard and then the entrance door. Once through the wrought iron door, you can go up to the fourth floor and enter a new code in another security box, where you can pick up the keys that will give you access to the apartment. Other things to note There will be a tourist tax to be paid in cash on site: - €3.50 per person over 25 years of age - €2.80 per person from 70 years and for young people between the ages of 15 and 25 - free for children under 14 The tax is calculated per person for each individual night, for a maximum of 4 nights.
