You'll also find yourself close to a family friendly park, local dining, unique shops, as well as the Newport Pier and Balboa Island Ferry. After your adventures, kick back in your private apartment, appointed with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. The space LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH When you enter West Oceanfront Oasis 1, you are greeted by (2) separate 1 bedroom 1 bath apartments with a connecting (hotel style) door. The front apartment features a king-size bed with a queen-sized pull-out sofa and a private patio on the boardwalk. The back apartment features a comfortable queen-sized Bed. Each apartment has a Smart Roku TV and a small kitchen with a 2 burner convection stovetop, coffee maker, small sink, Mini fridge, and microwave. Bedroom 1 - (1) King Sized bed and (1) Queen sized Sofa bed with a private balcony on the Newport Beach Bedroom 2: (1) Queen Sized Bed The apartment also features (2) modern bathrooms, with luxurious showers and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself during your stay. Fresh towels, Soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. HOME LOCATION West Oceanfront Oasis offers easy access to Newport Beach's top attractions, including pristine beaches, renowned restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and upscale shopping. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you'll find it all just steps from your doorstep. Our dreamy location right on 16th St and the Newport Beach Boardwalk makes it easy to get around. We are Located walking distance from both piers and just a quick walk to lighthouse park home to playgrounds and a family-friendly beach. The Balboa Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry are just a short distance away as well. From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (a 45-minute ride 1 away) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - This advertisement is for (1) lower level unit in a (9) unit Apartment Complex.) - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. - There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of $399/each plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit) - High Chair and/or Pack n' Play must be requested more than 24 hours before your arrival. - There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St. - The building has 2 Private Patios separated by a common walkway. This walkway provides access to the beach for other guests staying at this location. Your private patio will be limited to the patio space directly in front of your Apartment. -Patio must be cleaned up prior to 10pm. Any excess trash and junk left overnight are subject to fines. PARKING NOTES In the rear of the building, there are 2 separate 2-car garages. You are assigned parking for 1 car on the right side of the right garage. Please do not park on the left side, as this space is reserved for the neighboring unit. (Be sure to leave room next to your car for the neighbor to park.) Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking Spot 1 is 74’’ wide and 172’’ deep - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1 pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
