Private room within the “La Calita de Teques” property. This bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a balcony with views of the garden and the lake. The lakefront home has been built in 2023, offering guests comfort and modernity in the middle of nature. It has a total of 7 rooms that share common areas. The space Guests will find the following amenities/areas for common use: - Medium infinity pool with the lake in the background, next to a garden with beds - Smaller size pool right on the shore of the lake (capacity 8 people) - several gardens at different heights in front of the lake - Padel surf boards (free) -Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, nespresso coffee maker and basic utensils. It is located in the unmodeled part of the home, so it's old but fully equipped. NOTE: It is in common use for rooms that wish to use it, so it should be cleaned upon completion of use. - Argentine steakhouse (with an additional cost of $150 pesos) - Boya para moarrar lancha (free of charge) - Boat and jetski rental service for water sports or for a nice walk on the lake (with an additional cost depending on the boat) - Private parking inside the home on a spot whose floor has gravel. NOTE: Parking is contemplated for 1 vehicle per room, so if they came with 2 vehicles it is important to notify in advance to have it planned. Guest access Pets are welcome, always notifying in advance and being added at the time of booking. It is strictly forbidden to climb on beds, couches, or any part of the furniture intended for people. It is also the absolute responsibility of the owners to clean up all their feces or any damage they may cause. PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT STAYING AT THE PLACE ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE ACCOMMODATION. Other things to note In our accommodation we try to minimize the environmental impact by having renewable energy systems such as the solar heater that supplies the rooms. This system heats the water naturally, taking advantage of the many hours of sunshine that Tequesquitengo has during the year, so we ask our guests to take care of the water and be patient if there are days when the weather is not favorable. As it is a place in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees, plants and water, you may encounter mosquitoes or other insects. Although it is sprayed constantly, we recommend that you take the necessary measures such as bringing repellent and not leaving the windows or bedroom door open.
