The space Our villas are in a good quiet and safe location, a 10-minute walk to La Audiencia beach or 3 blocks, La Boquita beach 16 minutes by car, Olas Altas beach 10 minutes by car, Miramar beach 12 minutes by car. In addition to the rules, any damage, loss of utensils, towels, etc., will be deducted from the deposit. Dishwashing is not included. If you require dishwashing service, you will have to vacate an hour earlier (at 11:00 AM) and pay a $150.00 fee for this service. Prices for damaged or lost items are: Towels: $150.00 each Glasses and/or plates: $25.00 each Spoon, fork or knife: $15.00 each Blender and other large accessories, will be quoted on the Walmart page The price for violations of the regulations is: $500.00 for disregarding any rule, such as being in the social area (pool, rooms, palapas) after the permitted time, and/or making a lot of noise in the rooms after 10:00 PM. The deposit will be returned in full on the departure date if there was no breach of the rules and/or damage.
