We are located 40 minutes from San Miguel de Allende and 25 minutes from the historic downtown of Querétaro. The space Spacious, modern, and comfortable house with 4 bedrooms with TV (1 of them on the ground floor) and 1 small bedroom with a double bunk bed, each with a full bathroom; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, island, and breakfast bar; dining room for 8 people; 86-inch smart TV and sound system; and a barbecue grill. The development has 3 pools with a terrace, subject to availability. *Connectivity and entertainment • 500 Mbps fiber-optic internet with a Mesh system for reliable coverage throughout the entire house (ideal for working from home). • “Home theater” experience: 86” Smart TV in the main living room, screens in the bedrooms. *Smart access 100% keyless self check-in with an electronic lock and a personalized code. *Pets are family. To us, your furry friend is part of your family. Therefore, you can include up to 2 pets per stay when making your booking. To ensure that everyone enjoys the experience, we ask that you: Shared cleanliness: Please pick up waste immediately to keep the gardens and green areas spotless. Furniture and rest: To preserve the fabrics and upholstery, please do not allow your pet to get on the beds or sofas. Respect the surroundings: Make sure that barking or playing does not disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and local wildlife. It is prohibited to leave your pets inside the accommodation unattended. *Pools and terraces (external services) Your reservation includes access to the Preserve complex’s recreational facilities. Management: These areas are operated independently by the Condominium Administration. Available Tuesday to Sunday, subject to availability. Housekeeping: Cleaning is done on Mondays. Availability is subject to external management and weather conditions; therefore, it is not eligible for refunds. *Atmosphere & Communal Living Gatherings are allowed, only with registered guests. • 1–2-night stays: No visitors are allowed; only gatherings with registered guests. • Stays of 3 nights or more: Visitors are allowed only with prior notice and authorization, and they must check in with security. Quiet hours (outside): after 10:00 PM (Sun–Thu) / 1:00 AM (Fri–Sat). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a temporary restriction of services and, in the event of a repeat offense or a report, cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund, in accordance with Airbnb's policies and our house rules. Smoking Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. (Terraces and balconies) We would appreciate it if you could collect cigarette butts and throw them in the trash. *From your booking It is important that all guests are registered and included by adding them to your reservation. Guest access 3 pools with terraces, a rooftop bar, the Barra de Román bar, the Taquiños restaurant, Chila Kuino, the Ventura park, a bike path, and many more outdoor activities that you can enjoy without leaving the community. Other things to note We are a pet-friendly accommodation, so you can travel with your dogs, which you must include at the time of booking.
