As soon as you enter the property you will be greeted by the atmosphere of our villa, thanks to its incredible design and touches. Firstly you'll find the open-air concept living & dining area, where the fully equipped kitchen is also located (ideal to cook, or have someone cook for you, any kind of meals). Directly next to it is the private swimming pool, perfect to cool off after a day out shopping or exploring the island. On that ground floor you will be able to access the first air-conditioned bedroom of the property, with its large comfortable bed, closet with safety box, dedicated workspace and its own ensuite bathroom. Taking the stairs in the garden will lead you to the second floor of the property where you'll find the second bedroom (also air-conditioned, and with a large comfortable bed, closet with safety box, smart TV screen, and ensuite bathroom), but also the highlight of the villa: An beautiful rooftop with patio, and a view onto ricefields. Perfect to enjoy a drink while enjoying sunset. Our property is fully staffed with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2 times per week, and provides guests services, support and assistance 24/7 thanks to VBM Concierge. Finally it's located in a quiet part of Canggu, within 10-15min drive away from Pererenan Beach, or 20min to Finns Club. A perfect pick for couples or small groups looking to enjoy a memorable Airbnb experience while traveling to Bali! Guest access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy. You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA. • CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE? Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill). • DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES? We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. • SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS? Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
