Apartment in historic villa: Villa Giulia

The apartment is located in an 18th century villa with a type of patrician palace transplanted in the context of the Empolese countryside. The villa is surrounded by a centuries-old Italian park, largely made up of oaks, cypress trees, and oaks. Distant from the center of Empoli and the 2.5 km train station ( 5 minutes by car) it is in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. In 2 minutes by car you can reach the entrance access to the freeway (FI-PI-LI). The space The apartment of the villa, which can be reached by a glass elevator, consists of two large rooms equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a relaxation/work room and a large open space living room which is accessed by four wooden steps where there is the kitchen, the dining table for 4/6 people and a chaise-longue sofa with TV. The living room is not equipped with air conditioning, however there are two blades that ventilate the room ensuring a cool environment. The floor of the apartment is all made of walnut parquet (except for the bathroom, which is in blue ceramic). From each window, equipped with a mosquito net, you have a view of the park that surrounds the villa. Villa Giulia is located in an optimal position to reach cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Vinci, San Gimignano, Volterra and in about 45 minutes by car even the nearest sea area; also in a few minutes by car you can reach the shopping center or the historic center of Empoli. In the park of the villa, there is an area where you can relax, surrounded by the greenery of the trees that characterize it. Guest access Guests are guaranteed free parking in the square inside the Villa. At the time of check-in, in addition to the documents of all guests for normal registration, you will be asked for a deposit of 50 euros, which will be returned at check-out, for the access keys to the elevator and for the remote control of the gate. Other things to note The Wi-Fi access line and password will be present in an information letter inside the apartment with the house rules.
