Holzera 3 studio - close to Medicover/Paley

I cordially invite you to my beautiful open space Studio, which is located in Miasteczko Wilanów, only few meters from Medicover Hospital and European Paley Institute. There are many restaurants with delicious dishes, cafes with delicious coffee and biscuits and a large playground for children, in the immediate area. Apartment is located in a new building and some apartments are undergoing finishing works, which may cause noise. The space Modern Studio is located on the first floor, in a newly built housing estate. Apartment has a living room with a separate seating area, with a comfortable fold-out sofa for 2 people and a dining area with a round table for 4 people. Living room and kitchen create an open space. In the kitchen you will find kitchen equipment and accessories to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones. Bedroom is a separate part of the living room with a double bed (140x200). Beautiful bathroom has a spacious shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Additionally, for your convenience, apartment has a large wardrobe and basic equipment such as an iron and ironing board and a clothes dryer. Guest access Apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a building with an elevator. I provide a space in the underground garage, which is included in the price. The price also includes a set of bed linen and towels for each guest. There is free WIFI internet access throughout the apartment. The apartment is exclusively at your disposal. I issue invoices. Other things to note Please take care and behave in my Apartment as if it was your place and remember these few rules. - Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please honor my neighbors. - Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events - No smoking - No pets allowed Check in time is from 4 PM, check out until 10 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don't have to go anywhere for the keys, I will be waiting for you in the Apartment. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there could be an extra charge of 60 pln. Please keep the keys. In the event of their loss, the cost of replacement of the lock I will have to charge the Guest. Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so that I could welcome You and give any directions.
