The space Kluang New "Summer Homestay" Recommended! Living room & each room equipped with air-conditioning. Netflix, YouTube & high speed internet are provided. It has 3 rooms & 3 bathrooms. 2 Rooms are attached to personal bathrooms each while another bathroom is available for everyone. Each room is provided with mirror, clothes hanging space, towel & toothpaste set. Can accommodate 6~9 persons. Suitable for couples, family or friends gathering. It has 3 bathrooms. Water heaters, shampoo & shower are provided in each bathroom. Fridge, Water Dispenser, Electric Stove, Cooking Pot, Coffee, Iron, Iron Board, Washing Machine, Cloth Hanger & Kitchen Utensils are ALL Provided. Location: Taman Seri Impian (1st Traffic Light) Only 2 mins to shops. 3 mins to Hospital Enche Besar & Kluang Railway Restaurant. 8 minutes to Aeon Big & Econsave and 10 minutes to the town area. Other things to note Other notes: 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) Check in time: 3pm-12pm (If you check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival) Check out time: before 11am 3) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 35/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house. We reserve the right to the penalties of Rm 200 for extra cleaning charges. Thank you for your understanding. 6) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm. 7) Our bed arrangement is based on 6 pax (same as pictures). If more than 6 people are staying, please select the actual amount or notify us at least 1 day before arrival. Then, we will provide the additional bed, bedsheet set & pillow.
