The house is located in Mare in Vieille Place, a small village of about 500 inhabitants, located at an altitude of 850 m in the Cirque de Salazie, the most accessible of the three circuses on the island. It is built on a mound, allowing it to have an extraordinary panoramic view of the surrounding ramparts: Piton Maillot, La Roche Écrite, Bélouve, le Piton des Neiges, and the Rempart that extends the Cimendef separating Mafate from Salazie. The space The villa offers a large wooded outdoor area at the front and back a swimming pool with mountain views and the village below. Decorated in a travel spirit, the villa is cozy and comfortable, and includes 6 bedrooms with dressing area: - 1 bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. - 4 bedrooms with a double bed upstairs. - 1 bedroom for children from 4 to 14 years old with 4 single bunk beds. Linens and bath linen are provided. Upstairs you have 1 bathroom and a toilet and on the ground floor a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (Dolce and Gusto coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine...). Guests can relax in the large living room, including a corner sofa, flat-screen TV, WI-FI is free (Orange). The covered veranda includes 1 garden furniture, and an outdoor table. A garage space can accommodate 3 vehicles. Guest access During your stay you can enjoy a swimming pool (7 X 4), located at the back of the villa. IMPORTANT: the keys are handed over between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., please let us know the time that suits you in this time slot no later than 48 hours before the start of the stay. The accommodation is only equipped to accommodate 14 guests (10 adults, and 4 children). Outside visitors are not allowed.
