Guest access entire place with private entrance Other things to note > Available for free: purified water, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, condiments, sugar. > Beds made on arrival, towels, bath mat and tea towels set up. > The apartment is non-smoking please please smoke on the terrace and balcony which are equipped with ashtray. > Free parking, fully enclosed. > No washing machine in the apartment but a paid laundry service is offered to all our hosts. > If you bins overflow, please drop them in the blue tank at the entrance of the residence, outside. Please note that the property is connected to the public electricity and water networks and does not have a backup generator. In the event of an interruption of public services, beyond our control, the supply could be temporarily affected. As these situations are outside the management of the property, they cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement. However, we are committed to doing our utmost to limit any inconvenience.
