The location is excellent: It is situated in a quiet, green area while still offering quick access to the city center. Public transport is just a few minutes away, making it convenient and easy to explore the city. Nearby, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes. Additionally, the surrounding parks and green spaces provide ideal opportunities for relaxation and leisure activities.
