The space This newly renovated and fully air-conditioned penthouse welcomes you with a modern design and a spacious, open atmosphere. An elevator takes you directly to your private oasis above the city rooftops. The spacious living area is the ideal gathering spot for socializing. Challenge your friends to a game of pool or darts, or relax on the cozy couch in front of the 75-inch smart TV with Netflix & Disney+. Thanks to the fast Wi-Fi, you’ll always stay connected. - Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features a stove, two fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker. - Sleeping arrangements (up to 14 guests): Bedroom 1: One king-size bed (180x200) + sofa bed (160x200) Bedroom 2: One king-size bed (180x200) + sofa bed (160x200) Bedroom 3: One king-size bed (180x200) Bedroom 4: One king-size bed (180x200) - Common areas: An additional, comfortable sofa bed (160x200). - Bathrooms & Laundry: Two separate showers (one of which is a bath-shower combination) and two separate toilets are available. A washer and dryer in the apartment provide additional convenience. - Rooftop Terrace: The highlight is your private rooftop terrace. Relax in the bubbling hot tub, soak up the sun on the lounge furniture, or prepare dinner on the electric grill while enjoying the breathtaking view. - Work & Family: For business travelers, three of the bedrooms offer a dedicated workspace. For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a high chair, a travel crib (upon request), as well as children’s books and toys. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire penthouse apartment. Make yourself at home! This includes: - The entire living space, kitchen, and all bedrooms. - Private rooftop terraces with the hot tub and grill. - Two dedicated parking spaces in the underground garage (max. height 2m). A noise decibel monitor is installed inside; this device does not record audio or conversations and is only for monitoring noise levels to ensure they remain respectful. - Provided Amenities: We provide high-quality bed linen, fresh towels, and essential toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. - Welcome Set: A welcome set with coffee and tea will be waiting for you upon arrival.
