In the same house there is a sauna and gym, all inclusive, as well as a restaurant. The space Newly converted residential building at the beginning of Filzmoos with style. Our guests can expect a new sauna facility with an organic and Finnish sauna, a fully equipped fitness room and a large lawn and terrace for our residents. In the building on the sunny side there is also a cozy restaurant "Bratpfandl" with a sun terrace for lunch, coffee and cake and dinner. A breakfast basket can be brought to the apartment by pre-order. €20.00 per person. Guest access In the building of your accommodation (sunny side of Filzmoos) there is also a sauna area (extra charge) and a gym (included). Other things to note We allow ourselves to charge the final cleaning of the apartment with €120.00 and the local tax (€2.00 per person per day) on site.
