The living room is equipped with a 55"flat screen, a double drawer sofa bed (second mattress underneath) with good quality new mattress, a coffee table transforming at the dining table (removable tray), a large closet (a wardrobe and shelves), and a large glass window leaving the sun in then a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, 2 induction hobs and a coffee maker. Dishes are available on-site (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses) At the bottom of the residence, direct access to the port and garden + a kindergarten and evening entertainment, opposite the residence direct access to the pond for walking. Sunset spots, kite surfing and fishing! (Dorade, Wolf...). Parking is easy and free (free in off season otherwise €8 per day) Cleaning is done before each entrance and after each departure, however please leave the apartment in a suitable condition (sweep, dishes, etc.) *For the sake of hygiene, please bring your bath kits (bath towels...)
