We have one AC in living area which cools bedroom as well, fully equipped kitchen, power back up, wifi and smart TV with comfy beds. It is on ground floor & ideal for recovering patients, value seeking guests and business travellers with work in Noida Sector 62/63. The location is noisy and non posh. The space The entire apartment is private and exclusive for our guests and has everything you need for. -Living room with 2 sofa-cum-beds with a thick (18-inch) mattress and a Center Table. -Fully-equipped Kitchen with Water Purifier R.O, Four burner Gas Stove, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. -Comfortable bedroom with Ample closet space is provided to keep your belongings organized to ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: AC, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment. -Power backup by Inverter only for lights, fans, and wifi. -Clean and private bathroom with a Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Floor - It is situated on the ground floor without lift. Parking - There is No private parking in the building. Location: We are very very Close to vaishali metro - a 10 minute drive from Anand Vihar ISBT, and just 30 minutes away from the city-centre Connaught Place. If you choose to take metro for Connaught Place, it is ride of just 17 minutes from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on blue line. The location is absolutely non posh and there is potential of noise and smell. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out. Guest access The guests can access the entire apartment and treat it as their home. They can use cable TV and Wi-Fi to their liking. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary equipment for preparing tea/coffee as well as food. You just need to have provisions to get your culinary journey started; you can get the ingredients from any of the multiple shops located close to the apartment. Other things to note You can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 200/person and meals are at Rs. 300/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra.
