Welcome to our cozy property, located in the "Borgata" area within walking distance of the city's tourist and cultural attractions. The accommodation has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor, making it an excellent solution for vacationing with family, friends, or business and enjoys all the comforts to guarantee a complete experience; in fact, it is organized both in spaces and in furnishings and is equipped with everything that can be used for our guests' stay. The space The house is divided into: Living Room Entrance: The cozy and spacious living area features a comfortable and large sofa bed, a comfortable single armchair bed, which are the ideal setting where you can relax reading a good book or watching a good movie on the smart TV, or planning your excursions. You will also find a desk ideal for your smart working and an ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection. Bedroom: From the living area you can access the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable master suite and a single armchair bed, ideal for resting after a busy day exploring our charming Syracuse. Kitchen with dining area: From the bedroom you can access the kitchen, fully equipped with all the basic appliances, such as induction stove for cooking your dishes, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It will be possible to use a practical table for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, both inside and in the courtyard. Bathroom: The kitchen overlooks the bathroom equipped with everything you need, such as a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo, towels of various sizes. The shower is large, the sink is equipped with a cabinet under the sink where you can store personal items. In the courtyard you will find a washing machine and clothesline. There is a first aid kit with everything you need for any type of emergency. Guest access: Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the property, during their stay they will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances present. Other things to note: On the day you arrive at the property, you will need to provide documents for mandatory registration no later than 24 hours after check-in, as required by Italian law.
