Welcome to Sapore di Mare house, an oasis of peace and serenity, nestled in nature, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, offering views of the enchanting islands of Ischia and Procida. The house features a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with two extendable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a main terrace shaded by custom-made awnings with a stone barbecue, and a rooftop terrace with deck chairs. The space The house has a bedroom (with a double bed and an extendable bed next to it that can be used upon request) and a living room with two extendible beds. There is air conditioning in each room. The house will provide bed linen and towels, some soap (for hands, dishes and shower) and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen utensils. On the main terrace there is a barbecue (coal is not supplied), in the bathroom there is the washing machine. The main terrace can be covered by tailored tents for shading in the sun. All the terraces overlook the sea and offer a breathtaking panorama of Naples, Procida, Ischia and also of a luxury beach club which, sometimes, hosts musical events in the summer evenings (guest who require absolute silence must know that when events occur, the music sound can be heard from the house). It is also possible to add a crib if you are traveling with your little ones. If you are willing of renting a car, we suggest renting a small car to visit the Coast. As some roads are narrow and the parking we offer is suitable for small cars, it is better to check the size of your vehicle. You will always be able of parking your car in the free parking spots in San Montano! We also recommend a small car to allow you to drive more comfortably and find free parking more easily along the coast, especially in Positano. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit. The two roof terraces of the house are accessible from an external staircase and are at your disposal. Here you will find deckchairs and a coffee table with umbrella. The parking lot is not at the level of the house, but just ahead of the house. It can be reached by the slope or stairs. Other things to note The house is located on a private, rather steep downhill slope, San Montano (if you are not fond of walking or are not trained the climb up to the main road can be tiring), which ends a few minutes’ walk away with a flight of steps leading down to the sea (with a small pebble beach). At the entrance to the park (an uphill road, about 10 minute’s walk) are bus stops for Sorrento and other locations. The park entrance is about 700 meters from the town square, where you can find all kinds of stores or even rent cars and scooters. To reach the park beach, you have to continue to the end of the slope and you will find a flight of steps that will take you to the sea. From the small beach of the park, the characteristic port of Marina della Lobra can be reached with a nice 10/15 minute walk along the sea. From this port, mini-cruises leave for Capri and the Amalfi coast. It is also possible to rent a private boat. You can find restaurants and bars overlooking the harbor In the house there are three low steps that divide the bedroom and the bathroom from the kitchen and living room.
