As you enter the apartment you will find: A beautiful living room with equipped open kitchen overlooking the terrace and garden. A large bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. Secure underground parking. In the living room you will have a 140 convertible sofa, a connected TV, high-speed fiber optic internet and plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a 4-burner induction stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A large bedroom awaits you with a 160 queen size bed, garden access, two closets to store your belongings as well as a desk. A bathroom adjoining the bedroom with large shower, sink, washing machine, heated towel rail and toilet. Enjoy your private outdoor space with southwest-facing terrace and garden.
