From your arrival, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere of our spacious two-room apartment of about 43m². As you enter the apartment you will find: A beautiful living room with equipped open kitchen overlooking terrace and garden. A large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Secure basement parking. You will have in the living room a 140 sofa bed, connected TV, high speed fiber optic internet and plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a 4 induction hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. A large bedroom awaits you with a queen size bed, garden access, two dressing rooms to store your belongings as well as a desk. An en-suite bathroom to the bedroom with large shower, vanity, washing machine, towel dryer and toilet. Enjoy your private outdoor space with the southwest facing terrace and garden. Enjoy a meal in the middle, surrounded by greenery, or just relax.
