A beautiful living room, bathed in light overlooking a private terrace with all the necessary comforts, in complete privacy. KITCHENETTE: The kitchen area, very functional with a fridge top, a two-burner stove top, a microwave oven, offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast essentials are on site; Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle and toaster. THE NIGHT CORNER: The sleeping area offers a moment of pure relaxation thanks to the king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Hotel-quality bedding for extra comfort with memory foam pillow. You will have access to a Netflix account with quality 55-inch flat-screen TV. SHOWER ROOM: A shower room is at your disposal. All toiletries (body towels, hands, floor mats, soap and shampoo) and a hairdryer. The toilet is individual. TERRACE: Enjoy a private terrace for your breakfasts, lunches or summer evenings. A rest area with garden furniture. Very high speed Wi-Fi in the apartment. In order to ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we provide: - hotel sheets for bedding (no renewal during the stay) - towels and bath mats (no renewal during the stay) - kitchen towel (no replacement during the stay) - hand soap (no replacement during the stay) - tea and coffee (no refill during the stay) We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a thorough cleaning of the apartment to bring you comfort and serenity. Cleaning is done by a specialized cleaning company. Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties, no pets and no overcrowding are allowed. Check-in is possible from 4pm. Please let us know if you have any special requests. Check-out time is strictly before 11am. Guest access Guests have access to entire Apartment Other things to note Once your booking has been validated by our team, we will send you a Yaago link allowing you to access all the instructions related to the accommodation. Check-ins are self-contained with a key box. Same for your departure. You have the option to park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the accommodation (two cars maximum). Check-in times are only from 4:00 p.m. and checkout times are always strictly before 11:00 a.m. Please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, butts etc...), we reserve the right to require a security deposit of a minimum amount of €300.00.
