Welcome :-) The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an atypical building, it is a former convent (character building), secure, very quiet and is organized as follows: GROUND FLOOR: - Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. - Small bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. - Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, lots of dishes, condiments...). - Living room with a table for 5 people, 3 ergonomic stools, 2 sofas, bench (comfortable 80 cm bed), coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi. All overlooking a very pleasant wooded inner courtyard that brings maximum freshness in summer ;-) You will be in a quiet place and can hear the birds singing, while being in the hyper-center. Industrial spiral staircase in the center of the room leading upstairs.
