Enjoy amazing Istrian wine on green private terrace or balcony in the heart of old Istrian village Radini. Located between Umag and Novigrad you can enjoy walking or cycling around old Istrian towns like Brtonigla (famous for amazing Istrian food). Beach is located approximately 5 minutes drive with car. The space Villa Amore is a brand new, bright, lovingly built property owned by our family. Our slogan is: Love, Health, Beauty ;) The owners of the villa (Jana, Jure, Katja, Kristjan, Anna, and Aleks) live in the house next door. We strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible with us, and we are always available if you need us ;) On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant, large kitchen with all possible appliances, a dishwasher, and various dishes, as well as a living room with a large closet with a safe. TV, satellite, air conditioning, fan, bathroom with washing machine. The Novel sofa has a real 180 cm bed. There is a pull-out recliner next to it. Panoramic windows and access to your fully fenced, secure yard with private parking for 2 vehicles and a private swimming pool. Sun loungers, an umbrella, and natural shade from the mulberry tree. Summer kitchen with a barbecue. On the first floor, in the Blue bedroom with a balcony, you can also enjoy a view of the sea and forest. The 180 cm double bed can be converted into 2 90 cm beds if needed! This room has a TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped bathroom. The second, Silver bedroom also has its own TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom. There is a modern swimming pool with electrolysis, counter-current swimming (by arrangement), massage, and heating (possible surcharge). Guests can use the city playground and stadium, which is a 2-minute walk away, free of charge and without restrictions. The natural pearl, Lovrečica beach, is less than 3 km away. Upon arrival, the owners will personally greet you with a welcome drink, help you settle in, and briefly introduce you to the city's attractions, gastronomic and cultural events. Guest access Dear guests, the entire villa is at your disposal. The villa accommodates 4+2 people, has its own fenced yard, parking for 2 cars, a modern swimming pool (counter-current swimming, electrolysis, heating), summer kitchen, barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor shower, parasol. The villa has 3 bathrooms, 3 air conditioners, 3 TVs (satellite channels from several countries, Croatian). The villa is heated with an underfloor heating system even in winter, which allows a pleasant stay even on cold days without blowing the air conditioner. A multifunctional free playground is a few steps away. San Lorenzo beach is nearby and for those who like clean sea and peace;) Other things to note Your pets are welcome to stay in our villa for a nominal fee. Please inform us of your pet's arrival in advance. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a fee of €12 per day for dogs and cats. If you have 2 small dogs or a cat with you, there is no charge for the second one (larger dogs are charged individually). It is strictly forbidden to bathe animals in the pool. Please do not leave your pets alone in the house, and pay special attention to the mosquito nets on the doors. We kindly request that any damage incurred during your stay be reported to the staff immediately. We will repair the damage as soon as possible and compensate for the next guests.
