The space There is a large living and dining complete with a Nectre wood combustion heater, a cosy retreat all year around. Comfortable lounges, Sonos speaker, games, books and a TV complement this area with bi-fold doors that open out to a calm deck area surrounded by a sheltered natural garden. Rinse off under the hot & cold outdoor shower after a great day at the beach, or at night under the stars of the great Milky Way. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a gas cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of bench space for food preparation. The pantry is stocked with the basics, salt/pepper, olive oil/vinegar, teas, and fresh grounded coffee beans, for espresso or French press. Walk through to the laundry with washing machine (iron and laundry powder provided). A front deck, sheltered from the wind with sun lounge and dining table and a large sun umbrella, surrounded by a beautiful garden setting. A fully covered and sheltered rear deck for outdoor entertaining with a built-in BBQ, dining table and Balinese day bed, perfect also in all weather. Bedroom one includes a queen bed, day lounge and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three includes a double bed, ceiling fan and a cozy window nook. The main bathroom includes a shower, toilet and vanity. The home is fitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner and cosy Nectre wood combustion heater. A large back garden, with fire pit and seating (stored under the house). Fire pit available for use in cool months only, but please be considerate of our lovely neighbours. Guests are required to supply their own firewood. The yard is fenced and for parking there is a long driveway for a couple of vehicles or car and boat, and additional on street parking.
