This apartment is located in the narrowest part of the Netherlands. Outlet Roermond is 10 km away. Outlet Maasmechelen (Belgium) is 30 km away. The shopping center of Maastricht is 30 km away. Train and bus station are within 500 meters walking distance. Within a radius of 1 km, there are 6 supermarkets. Within 5 minutes, you are in Belgium and/or Germany. In our municipality, there are several hiking and biking routes. The space It is an apartment 16 m wide and 6 m deep. In this space, there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a luxury sauna. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. In the large living room with open kitchen, there is a nice sofa that you can extend to a double sofa bed. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet. A total of 6 people can stay in our accommodation Klein Duimpje. Outside there is a large swimming pool which is sometimes heated. (Winter period, last September the pool is closed) The pool will be put back into use around May. At our accommodation there is also a large 8-person Jacuzzi available In consultation, it is possible to take small dogs with you. A small additional price will be charged for this. Guest access The entire space is available for guests to use. The swimming pool or Jacuzzi may no longer be used after 9 p.m. No glasses by the pool or Jacuzzi. No smoking at or in the pool or in the Jacuzzi The owners of the B&B also use the outdoor area. This is the back hallway of their house. In the high season, the owners also use the swimming pool. Other things to note - Washing machine and dryer are possible for a fee of €8 per wash/dry cycle. All basic equipment is available in the apartment. - It is also possible to buy different wines. The first bottle €20, all subsequent bottles €17.50.
