Hi, Welcome to Johor Bahru! My place is located in Dato Onn , Johor Bahru. It is a newly renovated 3 bedroom house with wifi and DisneyHostar TV . It is perfect for a group of 5-6 person. The large parking space allowed 4 cars parking. There are a lot of local foods and cafes nearby within 3 mins car driving distance. The famous Aeon Dato Onn is located 2 mins away. My house is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Therefore, NO Party Allowed. This is a house with NO fencing and gate. The space NO Party Allowed. NO Alcohol Drink, NO Non-Halal Food Cooking. NO pet allowed This is a 3 bedroom landed house with NO fencing and gate. Air-con is available in the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. The small bedroom 3 is only provided with a fan. There are 5 towels provided during your stay. Shampoo is provided. In the kitchen, we provide a microwave, kettle, induction cooker and kitchenware (knife, plates, bowls, cups etc.) As our house is nestled in a natural setting, you may encounter some harmless insect during your stay i.e. millipede. Guest access Guest check in through self check in method . You may start check in From 3pm . You will own the whole house and no need to share with other guests. There is a recreation park with a playground in the neighbourhood within 5 mins of walking distance. You can park up to 4 cars. The check-in instruction will be sent to you by 2 days before you check-in. RM150 deposit will be collected through TNG or bank transfer before check in . Other things to note I will provide you with the check-in details before you check-in. The sleeping arrangement for 6th adults will be on a foldable single bed with extra pillow and blanket. There are 3 aircon provided in my homestay - living room , bedroom 1 (queen bed) and bedroom 2 (queen bed ). There is NO aircon in 3rd bedroom with super single bed .
