It extends over two floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase. There is also a front door on the upper floor for easy transport of suitcases. This means you don't have to carry heavy items up the spiral staircase. There is a coin-operated washing machine in the basement, which can be used if required. The town centre and Gröbenzell S-Bahn station can be reached in about 10 minutes. A bus stop on the main road takes you to the Lochhausen S-Bahn station in just a few minutes.
