Vista Premium Apartment

A premium-class designer apartment with a direct view of the sea, mountains, and the city of Kotor, featuring an open terrace in a complex with a pool. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories for an unforgettable stay. Each room is equipped with an air condition. A ventilation system is also provided. An individual parking space is included in the price. The sea is just 100 meters away, and the city of Kotor is a 15-20 minute walk. The space A kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a Lavazza capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and all necessary cookware and accessories. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and a washing/drying machine. The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a large bedside table with an ottoman, and bedroom #2 contains two separate single beds and a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses, quality bed linen, hypoallergenic pillows, and soft towels. A spacious living room area with a direct sea view is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV with an Apple TV subscription. All rooms are equipped with thick blackout curtains. The apartment is equipped with a ventilation system with filtration, and there is an air conditioner installed in each room. For guests' convenience, the apartment is equipped with several different lighting scenarios. Guest access The covered terrace has four comfortable armchairs and two coffee tables. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Two swimming pools are available for guests. The smaller one is for kids, and the larger one with a jacuzzi zone is for adults. At the pool area, guests have access to sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower. All public areas are covered with Wi-Fi. Personal parking space is provided free of charge. Other things to note - Please note that there is a government tourist tax of €1 per night per adult and €0.50 for children from 12 to 18. There is no tax for children under 12, but they still need to be registered at a tourist office. - Please note that if you are not renting a car and prefer to walk, you will need to walk uphill from the main road, which goes along the sea, to reach the apartment. - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. - No pets are allowed. - The sofa in the living room cannot be used as an extra bed. - I can only host four guests plus one child under two years old. A baby cot is available upon request free of charge.
