There is one queen room and 2 single rooms: one of the single rooms has a large desk for anyone wanting to work away from home. All the rooms are beautifully appointed with built in storage and ambient lighting. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is open plan with several lounge seating areas, the dining area, and direct access via glass patio doors onto the deck. There is a smart TV, reverse cycle heat pump, and fast internet. Cook up a Tassie gourmet feast in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoy that remarkable view. There is 1 bathroom with a large vanity and walk in shower. The laundry facilities are next door, with a washing machine and dryer. The sleepy hamlet of Woodbridge is the closest township to this house. However, you’re only 40 minutes from the Hobart CBD and 10 minutes to Kettering, where you can board the ferry and explore Bruny Island. Woodbridge itself has a charming café with homemade baked good and pies, as well as a corner shop for the essentials. You can take the road to Huonville from Oyster Cove to access Tasmania’s Deep South, one of the most beautiful locations on Earth. Other things to note Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Children must be supervised at all times when on the grounds as there are several steep drops and the property is very close to the waters edge. In front of the house, behind a locked gate, is a sheer drop down to the water, so take care. The property is rural – you will need to plan meals and shopping ahead. The closest shop is just down the road in Woodbridge, but there is an IGA supermarket in Snug, just 20 minutes away. All gates must be shut once entered to keep the marsupials out of the well kept garden. There are external CCTV cameras at the property, none of which are facing the house.
